Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of successful online ad sales experience
- Strong agency contacts and established client relationships
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Working knowledge of ad delivery technology
- Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
- Polished telephone sales skills; strong closer
- Self-motivated to generate qualified prospects through aggressive cold-calling and networking
- Solid understanding of the Internet and current in industry events
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with media buyers, agencies and direct advertisers

- Analyze client needs and recommend the appropriate service/solution
Negotiate and close win-win service agreements
- Service client needs before, during and after campaign to maximize retention
- Work closely with Traffic Department to ensure client campaigns deliver per insertion order specifications
Online Media Buyer
Position Requirements:
- 2 years of successful ad network media buying experience
- Working knowledge of ad delivery technology
- Established relationships with publishers and media sales representatives
- Strong negotiation and creative deal-making skills
- Self-motivated to aggressively pursue and acquire economically viable inventory
- Solid understanding of pricing models (CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL)
- Detail oriented with good organization skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing media sales reps/publishers
- Prospect for new publishers to include in ad network
- Work closely with sales force to understand client needs and maximize media buying effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze performance of individual publishers and the ad network as a whole
