How do I Start a Campaign?
To start new campaigns simply click on the “Add New Campaign” button and by clicking on the question mark icons next to each step you can view the guide and the
step-by-step instructions of setting up a campaign. Here is a direct link, https://www.addynamix.com/selfserve/help.html, this can also be found under the “Help” tab of the Pennyweb Self-Service System.
How do I make a purchase?
When you have completed the campaign setup you will reach a “Campaign Detail” page that will list all the options you have selected as well as a preview of your ad.At the bottom of this page is a “Paypal” link that will take you a secure PayPal page to complete your transaction. The accepted payment methods are all major credit cards and you can also pay through your own Paypal account. Paypal is 100% secure and guarantees all transactions.
When will my campaign start?
Depending on the start date you selected your campaign will generally start on time if it has been paid for through Paypal. In general one business day is required for approval of campaigns before they can go live.
How can I add more creatives to a campaign?
Under the Actions column of your Pennyweb Self-Service System home page you will sometimes see a variety of icons depending on what phase of the campaign you are in. The Legend at the bottom of the page will help you identify the Creatives Icon. By clicking on the creatives icon under the appropriate row of the Campaign you want to edit you can add more creatives to that Campaign and select which one you would like to use.
How can I see the results of my campaign?
You have reports available to you in real-time. By simply clicking on the Reports Icon under the Actions column you will be taken to your reports page, where you can see the results of your campaign in real-time. You can also change the View By and click on refresh in the reports page to see the campaign under different circumstances for example, by day, by creative and by the targeting features.
